ORDINANCE NO. 695
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 78-6 the following described property shall be
rezoned from Planned Development to. IF-8
SITUTATED in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and
being a tract of land in the W.W. Wallace Survey, Abstract No. 1606, and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the North line of Maplewood Avenue, said point
being the Southwest corner of Block 21, Richland Terrace Addition;
THENCE South 89 degrees, 25 minutes West with said North line of Maplewood
Avenue, 956.57 feet to the East line of a drainage easement;
THENCE North 44 degrees, 35 minutes West with said easement, 64.73 feet;
THENCE North 0 degrees, 11 minutes West and parallel with the East line of
Block 35, said Richland Terrace Addition, 153.11 feet;
THENCE North 49 degrees, 49 minutes East and parallel with said East line of
Block 35, 187.76 feet;
THENCE North 4 degrees, 18 minutes East and parallel with said East line of
Block 35, and the East line of Block 41, said Richland Terrace Addition,
557.02 feet to a point in the South line of Holiday Heights Addition, Section 2;
THENCE South 89 degrees, 54 minutes East with said South line of Holiday
Heights Addition, Section 2, 721.82 feet to the Northwest corner of Block 20,
said Richland Terrace Addition;
THENCE South 0 degrees, 07 minutes East with the Westline of said Block 20,
175.0 feet to a point in the South line of Janetta Drive;
THENCE North 89 degrees, 53 minutes East with said South line of Janetta
Drive, 60.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Block 21;
THENCE South 0 degrees, 07 minutes East with the West line of said Block 21,
236.0 feet;
THENCE South 3 degrees, 38 minutes East with said West line, 295.0 feet;
THENCE South 6 degrees, 00 minutes East with said West line, 159.6 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 16.927 acres, more or less.
This property is located on Maplewood Avenue and West of Cloyce Drive.
