After appropriate notice and puhlic hearino, the following recommendation
is submitted to the City Council of the City of North Pichland Hills hy
the Planning and Zonina Commission:
RESOLVED that on case PZ 75-3 the folldWino described property shall

TRACT NO.3: .II part of the said Barton Survey, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the north line of said Texas Electric Service Co.
tract at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 7, Diamond Oaks East, as
shown by plat recorded in Volume 388-ðl, Pane 51 of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Tex as; and said point also heing ~'orth, 75.0 feet from tlie
northeast corner of Lot 13, Block 8, in said Diamond Loch, Unit 2;
THENCE North with the east line of said subdivision and an east line of
Fossil Creek Trails, 080.7 feet;
