AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING Cm1~HSSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH PICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS M1ENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOHINfì RECOMr~ENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOrTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 75-17 the following described property shall ßE/~~XXØX
rezoned from 1F-9 One Family Dwelling to Local Retail with the stipulation
that a six-foot screening fence be installed between the residential property and this
Block 31, Lot 10, Nor'East Addition property.
This property is located on Nor'East Drive and Davis Blvd.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 24 DAY OF April 1975
