Wallace Survey, Abstract no. 1606, situated about 8 1/2 miles northeast from the courthouse in Tarrant County, Texas. Beginning at an iron in the southeasterly line of the right of way of State High- way no. 121 and being the southerly corner of the 0-184/1000 acre tract conveyed to the State of Texas by the deed recorded in volume 3342, page 629 of the Tarrant County Deed Records, and being in the northeasterly line of the 8-091/1000 acres tract conveyed to the State of Texas for right of way of Highway 1-820 by the deed recorded in volume 3354, page 669 of said deed records, 21-78/100 feet from a northerly corner of said tract in the former southeasterly right of way line of said highway no. 121.
