AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 75-8 the following described property shall BE~~
rezoned from Agriculture to Local Retail
BEGINNING at an iron in the East line of State Hiqhway F.rA. #1938, a distance
of 20.94 varas East and 1351.5 feet South of the 6th corner of the S. Richard-
son Survey in Tarrant County, Texas:
THENCE North 0° 251 East with said East line 385.0 feet;
THENCE N. 0° 251 55" East 657.3 feet an iron pin the place of beginning of
the land to be described.
Said pin being the Southwest corner of a tract of land deeded to Bill Light-
foot et ux as shown in Volume 5749 Page 653 Deed Records of Tarrant County,
Texas; .
THENCE North 0° 251 55" East with said East line 334.98 feet a pipe the North-
west corner of said Lightfoot tract;
THENCE South 89° 50' 46" East with the North line of said tract and fence line
230.0 feet a pipe;
THENCE South 0° 251 57" \~est 334.2 feet to a pipe in the South line of said
Lightfoot tract;
THENCE South 89° 571 31" West with said South line 230.0 feet to the place of
BEGINNING and find buildings and improvements located on said tract to be wholly
within the bounds of said tract and there are no encroachments on said tract,
and containing 1.766 acres of land more or less.
This property is located on Davis Blvd. approximately 1848 feet North of Pumfield
Rd.
