Ii embers of the commission reviewed the plat
shovdng Cloyce Drive and Short Street. The
plat is the original dedication of the property
pryor to the construction of the Apaxtments.
It is proposed to carry Cloyce Street from
Haple¡'lOod to Loop 820 and open Short Street.
This construction ¡'lOuld be paid by the Develop-
ers. The plat has been revie·red by the Engineers
and conforms to their approval. This plat had
been previously approved by the Planning and
Zoning COM~lssion, and at such time the develop-
er was not certain as to the exact location of
these streets. l'r. Porter pointed out this was
an acceptance of the street layout of Rich-
land Terrace and the request of opening Cloyce
Street and Short Street per plat dated June 27,
1968. r'r. lIalker made a motion for approval. 1':1-.
