ORDINANCE NO. 618
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUB-
MITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 75-31 the following described property shall BE/N~IXRK
rezoned from Agriculture to IF-9-15 One Family Dwelling
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the T.K.
Martin Survey, Abstract 1055, Tarrant County, Texas and being further described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the South R.O.W. line of T.K. Martin Road, said point
being, by Deed Description, 1579.7 feet West and 1675.5 feet North of the South-
east corner of said Martin Survey;
THENCE South 0 degrees 57 minutes 35 seconds West, with fence, a distance of 253.3
feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE West a distance of 86.0 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 57 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 253.0 feet to a
steel rod in South R.O.W. line of said T.K. Martin Road;
THENCE East with said South R.O.W. line of T.K. Martin Road a distance of 86.0
feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.5 acre of land more or less.
This property is located on Martin Drive approximately 180.0 feet West of Parkman
Drive.
