City~'..ttorney, ¡"::'rion L. l\¡assey advised the City Council
that Lr. Kenneth íJ.ilson of He\Ütt Estates, through h1;:;;
attorne:l IIr. Kex llci:ntire, haà proposed to the City th¿;.t
lire '.Jilson \Vill pay to the City the full aXl::>unt of
¡1,347.50 to be held in a savings account in the name of
the City, in escrOvl, to be used for constru.ction of a street
in front of the Wilson property, for a 10 year period. Each
year the interest is to be paie to I'ir. ':Jilson. If at the
end of the 10 year pe:::- 10(1 no street has been constru.cted the
money ,,"Jill be returned to Hr. 'Jilson.

Nayor Luper declared the City Coun.cil meeting in 2ublic
Hearing and invited anyone in the Council ChaŒwcrs to
appear- before the Council that ~visheà to spea1ç to the
Council regarding the 1967-68 Froposeè Budget. There
being no one appearing before the City Counci 1, l1ayor
Luper àeclareà the rublic dearing closed.

with the City on the preliminary work of establishing the
