MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
NO~TH RICHLAND HILLS, HELD AT THE CITY HALL,
4101 MORGAN CIRCLE', 7:30 P.M. APRIL 26, 1965
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor John P. Hunter called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
Those present: Mayor Hunter, Councilmen: Dowell,
Daley, Faram, Sandlin and Chester. Councilmen
absent: Dodson and King. Administrative Staff Present:
City Manager, C.ity Attorney, City Inspector and
City Secretary.
INVOCATION
The invocation was given by Rev. Hal Brooks, North
Richland Hills Baptist Church.
CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
Mr. Faram made a motion secoftàèd by Mr. Chester
that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved.
The motion passed unanimously.
REPORTS FROM THE CITY MANAGER
CC R-2 Resolution congratulating the City of Fort
Worth on its selection as an All-American City.
Mr. Daley made a motion that the resolution be adopted..
The motion passed unanimously.
CC; G-2 Access roads to Loop 820. Mr. Sandlin made
a motion seconded by Mr. Daley that this matter
be turned over to the administrative staff. The
motion passed unanimously.

CC C~l Sanitary sewer contract with the City of
Fort Worth. Mr. Dowell made a motion seconded by
Mr. Faram that the Mayor be authorized to execute
the contract with Fort Worth on behalf of the City
of North Richland Hills. The motion passed unanimously.

C'C:"PEl Mr. Dlaey made a motion seconded by Mr. Sañdlin
that the Chief of Police be given an increase in salary,
retroactive to February 1, 1965, in the amount of
$25.00 per month, establishing the salary for the Chief
of Police at $600.00 per month. The motion passed
unanimously.

ADJOURNrvIENT
Mr. Sandlin made the motion to adjourn. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Daley. Council adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
