MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, HELD AT THE
CITY HALL, 4101 MORGAN CIRCLE,
NOVEMBER 29, 1965
5:30 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor John p. Hunter.
ROLL CALL
Those present: Mayor John P. Hunter, Councilmen, Dodson,
Dowell, Daley, Faram, King and Chester. Absent: Councilman
Sandlin. Administrative staff present: City Attorney, City
Manager and City Secretary.
REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
City Atto.rney, Marion L. Massey advised the Council that
the Ordinance and Operating Agreement between Tarrant County
Water Supply Corporation and the City of North Richland Hills
and other cities participating with Tarrant County Water
Supply Corporation was in order. Lengthy discussion followed
after which Mr. Chester moved, seconded by Mr. Dowell, that
Ordinance No. 143 be adopted (attached to and made a permanent
part of these minutes). The motion carried unanimously, 6-0.
Mr. King made a motion, seconded by Mr. Daley, that a
Resolution be drawn, authorizing the Mayor to execute an
Operating Agreement with Tarrant County Water Supply Corpora-
tion (Operating Agreement attached to and made a-part of
these minutes). The motion carried unanimously, 6-0.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Daley made a motion, seconded by Mr. Faram, that
the meeting be adjourned.
