RESOLUTION No. 2003-044
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Professional Services
Supplemental Agreement with Newman, Jackson, Bieberstein, Inc., for the design of
additional park amenities at the Holiday/lndustrial Neighborhood Park Site, and to
amend the FY 2002/03 CIP Budget to reflect the expenditure, as act and deed of the
City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of April 2003.
