RESOLUTION NO. 2003-050
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
1.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the contract extension with Deloitte &
Touche, LLP to provide professional auditing services for fiscal year 2003 for a price not to
exceed $89,640 as the act and deed of the City.
