RESOLUTION No. 2003-066
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the contract with J.C. Commercial for
the Construction of Multi-Level Interactive Complex, parking lot expansion and drainage
improvements at NRH20 Family Water Park, and appropriately amend the Aquatic Park
CIP Budget as act and deed of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of August 2003.
