MINUTES OF THE CALLED
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL, NORTH RICH-
LAND HILLS, TEXAS, HELD AT
CITY HALL, 4101 MORGAN CIRCLE,
MAY 1, 1964, 6:25 P. M.
CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL:
Those Present: Mayor Hunter; Councilmen Barnett, stevens, Falcone
and Roberts. Messrs. Banowsky and Edwards present also, as was the
City Secretary.
Discussion, explaination and study of Resolution concerning exchange
of properties between Tarrant County Water Supply Corporation and
. Tarrant Utility Company, brought on motion by Mr. Barnett to accept
Resolution as it stands. Mr. Roberts seconded for purpose of discussion.
After discussion and phone call to Mr. Dick Knowlton concerning clari-
fication of this question, motion was put to a vote and carried 4-0.
City Secretary attested to Resolution, signed and affixed seal. (Copy
of Resolution attached to and becoming a part of these minutes.)
After some discussion Mr. Roberts moved to adjourn at 7:57 P. M. Mr.
Barnett seconded and motion carried .

To the City Council
City of North Richland Hills
We respectfully request permission from the city of North Richland
Hills to be granted along with a building permit for a 56 unit apartment
structure as follows:
Location is Lots 1 l through 6 both inclusive of Block 1 in Richland
Plaza Addition.
Zoning is comme rcial.
Permission is requested that the undersigned owner and contractor
be allowed to construct buildings or porches to the front property line
at Plaza Drive and to the West property line at Venice Drive. Allowance
,of this construction will enable best usage of the land for attractive
appearance of the buildings and best usage of parking spaces. This
usage will permit all required parking spaces to be placed at the rear
of the buildings and permit proper construction of a concrete retainer
wall at the rear of the property. The aforementioned usage will give
the neighborhood and the city the most attractive and feasible apartment
complex of two choices of building line requirements.
