HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0543 ORDINANCE NO. 543 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND M4ENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case PZ 74-33 the following described property shall BE/NOrnOaE rezoned from Ag,riculture to 1F-9 One Family Dwelling ALL that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the John McCommas Survey, A--1040, Tarrant County, Texas, said tract or parcel of land being the remainder of M.D. Daniel tract as conveyed by G.F. Young and wife and recorded in Volume 1425, Page 224, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas in May, 1940, as presently occupied, and further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a steel rod in the North Line of herin described tract, said point being the Southwest corner of the E.
