MINUTES SPEC IAL MEET ING OF THE CITY COUNC IL
HELD JUNE 7, 1968. at 7 P. M.
Å special mef1ting of the Council was held at 7 0 'cloc:j P. M., on
June 7, 1968, all Members of the Council being present.
The ~or laid out as the first order of business the further con-
siderat ion of the petition of F. L. McCauley and others. whioh had
been approved on first reading, first on Kay 2.. 1968, and. subse-
quently again put on first reading upon reooJlllll.8J1dation by the City-
Attorney on Jfa.y 29. 1968. Thereupon said petition was put on seoond
reading; am on 1I.Otion made and seoonded was approved, atter whioh
said petition was put on third and final reading; am on motion made
and seoonded was appro"l'8d. am an ordiDaZlCe to be numbered 36 annex-
ing the territory described in the &toresaid petition of F. L. MoCauley
and others wea unanimously adopted as OrdinaĆe 10. 36.
The Ma¡yor then presented u the next order of business the petition
of O. H. Cal10wq am others for umexation of the territol"7 therein
described to the City. The same was read and unanimously approved.
Thereafter the same was put upon third and final reading, and on
motion made and. seoonded was approved, am an ordinence to be numbered
37 annexing the territol"7 desoribed in the said petition of O. H.
Call0wa¡y and others was unanimously adopted as Ordinance No. 37.
The Ka¡yor then laid out for oonsideration the petition of F. C.
RioOBDD and others for annexation of the territory therein desoribed
to the City. The same was read and unaniaously approved. Thereafter
the same was put upon third and final reading, and on motion made
and seoonded was approved. and an ordinance to be num.bered 38 annex-
ing the territol"7 desoribed in the said petition of F. C. Rioomm
and others was \J1u'7Ii1'llnusly adopted as Ordinance No. 38.
There being no further business to oome before the meeting, the
same was adjourned.
