Special Council Meeting----------December 5, 1958
The City Council held a special Council meeting, December 5, 1958,7:30 PM
at the City office with Mayor MCFarland and Councilmen Putnam, Kutilek,
end Graner present.
Motion made by Mr. Kutilek end seconded by Mr. Graner to authorize
City Attorney, Mr. Christopher to spend up to $300.00 for metes and
bounds of Richland Oaks Addition property under litigation. Passed.
K. F. J. Z property discussed wit~ Mr. Mayfield and the Council agreed
to release to Haltom City Commercial lot 9 in return for disputed lots
along city limits and K. F. J. Z. property.
Mr. Turner asked Council for permission for the Lion's Club to sell
^ fireworks in Shopping Cen~er with proceeds going to Charity. Since
Ordinance 22 prohits the sale of fireworks in-side City limits no-
thing was decided.
