REGULAR COUNC IL MEET ING----------------SGUST :.'24, 1959
The regular oounoil~e North Richland Hilla City Council
was held Auguat 24, 1959, at the Civic Building, Pipe Line Road
and )(organ Circle and was called to order at 8:00P.M. with the
Mayor dd Councilmen Rovre~ Frmk11n, D Kutl1ek, and Zellers
present .
The Counoil read and å1acuss'd a perposed Ordinanoe regulating the
platting and subdiveding of land within the corporate limits of the
City of Ncrth Riohland Hills. JIr. Zellers moved the adoption of the
Ordinance, which was seconded by Mr. Kutilek and passed unaniously.
Atter ... reading and considering Gt applications from several persons
for the possition .. of Plumbing and Building inspector for the City,
1Ir. Xutilek moved that the Mayor be authorized to hire someone, offering
a salary of $350.00 per month.Jfr. Rowe seconded the mot ion, which passed.
Leiri7ers of recomendation, and applications trom Mr. Walter Smith and
1Ir. J .M. Shelton were studied by the Council. The two gentlemen requesting
licenses from the City to perform. a nigh1patrol service in the City ot
North Richland Hills. Atter DlUch discussion, Kr. Rowe IIlOved that both
be given a license, provided that they oomply with the Ordinanoe. 1Ir.
Franklin seconded the motioa, which passed unanimously.
1Ir. Franklin moved to adjournK, Mr. Rowe seoonded, and meeting adjourned
at 10: 07 , .M.
