ORDINANCE NO. 2364
WHEREAS, the tract described in Exhibit "A" is located within the public street right-
of-way at the intersection of Cardinal Lane and Simmons Drive; and
WHEREAS, the streets at said intersection have been reconfigured and the said
property described in said Exhibit "A" is no longer in use as street right-of-way and there
are no plans to use said tract for street right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the 0.1133 acre tract described in Exhibit "A" is
not needed for street right-of-way and its dedication should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS that:
1.
Exhibit "A", attached hereto, is incorporated herein by reference and made a part
hereof the same as if set out herein verbatim.
2.
The dedication, for street right-of-way purposes, of the 0.1133 acre tract described
in Exhibit "A" be and is hereby vacated in favor of TRUSTEES for E-SYSTEMS, INC.
POOL TRUST.
3.
The City retains a utility easement over, under and through the said 0.1133 acre
tract described in Exhibit "A".
