ORDINANCE NO. 1049
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967,
AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-83-45 the following described property shall
be rezoned from Agriculture to IF-9-1500-0ne Family Dwelling.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the T.K. Martin
Survey, Abstract 1055, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 1.826
acre tract as recorded on Page 547 of Volume 7012 in the Tarrant County
Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an old iron rod at the southwest corner of said 1.826 acre
tract and being the southeast corner of a 2.154 acre tract as recorded on
Page 720 of Volume 6932 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being about
South a distance of 1055.65 feet, West a distance of 733.99 feet, South 0
degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 327.0 feet, and South 89
degrees 19 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 287.77 feet from the
Northeast corner of said T.K. Martin Survey;
THENCE South 89 degrees 20 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 65.24 feet
to an old iron rod;
THENCE South 88 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 348.48
feet to an old iron rod at the southeast corner of said 1.826 acre tract
and being in the west line of Precinct Line Road;
THENCE North 1 degree 12 minutes 40 seconds East along the west line of
said Precinct Line Road a distance of 109.74 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE North 88 degrees 27 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 269.38
feet to an iron rod;
THENCE North 49 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 195.38
feet to an iron rod;
THENCE South 0 degrees 20 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 235.63 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 1.263 acres of land.

This property is located on the west side of Precinct Line Road and
approximately 1,200 feet south of Amundson Road.
