The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion of Tract A,
Block 13, Stonybrooke Addition, to the City of North Richalnd Hills, Tarrant
County, Texas according to plat recorded on page 5 of Volume 388-87 in the
Tarrant County Deed Hecords and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGllilNING at the Southeast corner of said Tract A and also being in the North
line of Brookhaven Drive;
THENCE N .00 00' E along the East line of said tract A a distance of 259.84 feet;
THENCE S 89° 6.0' W a distance of 280..06 feet;
THENCE S 1° 59' 45" H along a Ì'lest line of said Tract A a distance of 26.0..0
feet to the Southwest corner of said Tract A and being in the North line of said
Brookhaven Drive;
THENCE N 89° 6.0' E along the North line of said Brookhaven Drive a distance of
289.12 feet to place of beginning, containing 1.7 acres of land more or less.
