ORDINANCE NO. 552
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES
AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY"
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Resolved that on Case PZ 74-39 the following described property shall
BE~ rezoned from MULTIPLE FAMILY to LOCAL RETAIL
"If
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the J. C.
Yates Survey, A-1753, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING in the centerline of Rufe Snow Drive and being South 3 degrees
22 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 661.14 feet from the intersection
of the centerline of said Rufe Snow Drive with the centerline of Watauga-
Smithfield Road;
THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes East a distance of 505.87 feet;
THENCE South 3 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 512.34
feet;
THENCE North 86 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 505.0
feet to the centerline of said Rufe Snow Drive;
THENCE North 3 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East along the centerline
of said Rufe Snow Drive a distance of 482.73 feet to place of beginning,
containing 5.77 acres of land more or less.
