AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES
AND AI'ŒNm,ŒNTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COIiHISSION AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOHTH RICHLAND
HILLS, NOVEHBER 13, 1967
AFTER APPROPHIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO TIΠCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH HICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING C011HISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 74-41 the following described property shall BE/~
rezoned from AGRICULTURE TO LOCAL RETAIL
Being 0.588 acres of land out of the J.C. McCommas Survey, Abstract 1040, Tarrant
County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner, being 398.6 feet South 89-24 West of the
Southeast corner of the J.C. McCommas Survey;
THENCE South 89-24 West, along a fence line, 136.0 feet to an iron pin for
corner;
THENCE North, with a fence line, 188.36 feet to an iron pin for corner in the
South line of County Road #3036;
THENCE North 89-24 East, along the South line of said County Road, and along a.
fence line, 136.0 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE South 188.36 feet to the Point of BEGINNING AND containing 0.588 acres
of land.
