ACCORDANCE WITH AHTICLE XXIX CRANGES
AND AHENDl'.ŒNTS, SECTION I OF ORDINANCE
179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NOl.TH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONllJG COBNISSION AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, NOVÐ1BER 13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE nOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOl':U-ŒNDATIOII IS
SUBHITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NDRTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
fLANNTIifG MID ZONING CŒl'lISSION:
RESOLVED that on case PZ 74-43 the following described property shall BEl
N.ØX.,'ŒE rezoned from AGRICULTURE to IF-9 ONE FAHILY DWELLING
All that certain 6.991 acre tract or parcel of land situated in the T.K.
Hartin Survey, Abstract 1055 Tarrant County, Texas; said tracts being part
of tracts conveyed to George 11. VliUiams by G.L. Bridges as shown in Volume
1455, page 515 and Volume 1782, page 682, Deed of Trust Records, Tarrant
County, Texas. Said tract being further described herein by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGI~mING, for the Northwest corner this, at a steel rod found on the east
side of Simmons Road, said point called to be 44.5 feet East and South 7 degrees
53 minutes East 450.0 feet from the most northerly northwest corner of a tract
deeded to G.L. Bridges by L.D. Brown, et ux as shown in Volume 1221, page 249,
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
THENCE North 89 degrees 53 minutes East 626.6 feet along fence to one half inch
pipe at the northwest corner the G.M. Williams tract;
THillJCE South 7 degrees 36 minutes East 209.8 feet to one half inch pipe at the
southwest line of said Williams tract;
THENCE North 89 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East 208.55 feet to one half inch pipe
at the southeast corner of said lJilliams tract;
THENCE South 7 degrees 30 minutes East 210.0 feet with fence to one half inch
pipe;
THENCE South 89 degrees 32 minutes West 836.3 feet to point at northwest corner
of tract described in volume 3199, page 67, Deed Records of Tarrant COill1ty,
Texas;
THENCE North 7 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds West 419.8 feet to the place of
begó';nning.

IN REGULAR SESSION THAT THE ABOVE DESGEIBED PROPERTY IN CASZ l~·O PZ 74-43
IS HEREBY REZONED IF-9 One Family Dwelling THIS 23 DAY OF September 1974
with the stipulation that all houses be a minimum/of 1500 square feet and that
a new plat be submitted tying the acrage to ~/kÚbd~Vision ~ street intersection.
