SUBHITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE

RESOLVED that on PZ 74-45 the following described property shall BE/NOT BE
rezoned from AGRICUL','URE to CQJ'/;:HEHCIAL.
BEING a tract of land out of the Wm. Cox Survey in Tarrant County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
3EGINNING at a point in the East line of the l>Jm. Cox Survey, said point being
733 feet North 1 degree 13 minutes East from the Southeast corner of the W.A.
Cross Survey;
THENCE North 1 degree 13 minutes East 842.0 feet with the East line of the Wm.
Cox Survey to an iron rod for corner;
TIŒNCE South 89 deg:.'ees 49 minutes l1est 150.0 feet to an iron rod in the East
line of State F.ll. Highway No. 1938;
THru~C.E Southwesterly along the East line of said Highway and along a curve to
the right with a radius of 1969.86 feet, a distance of 629.0 feet;
TIlliNCE South 40 degrees 37 minutes ~vest 238.6 feet with the East line of said
Highway;
THENCE Southwesterly with the East line of said High1^,ay, along a curve to the
left with a radius of 1849.86 feet, a distance of 153.3 feet to ar iron rod
for corner;
TI~~CE South 89 degrees 36 minutes East 709.8 feet ot the PLACE OF BEGINNING,
and containing 7.85 acres, more or less.
This property is contiguous with Stonybrooke Addition on the North and East,
approximately 1000 feet North of Odell Street.
