HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0454 ORDINANCE NO. 454 AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE l79, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND Hn..I.S, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLA.ND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: "RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 73- 3 rezoned from "AGRICULTURE" described as 'follows: the following described property BEI/'AØ'1/ßt./ to "2F-9 TWO FAMILY DWEllING" FIELD NOTES of 2.565 acres of land out of the John Barlough Survey, Abstract No. 130, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin situated 192 varas West, South 1° 11 minutes East 669.6 feet, North 88° 48 minutes West 209.62 feet from the Southeast corner of the John McComas Survey. THENCE South 2° 53 minutes West 744.5 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 89° 42 minutes West 150.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 2° 52 minutes 35 seconds East 746.85 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 88° 48 minutes East 150.0 feet to place of BEGINNING and CONTAINING 2.565 acres of land, more or less. This property is bounded on the East by West Main Street, and on the North by Chapman Drive."
