ORDINANCE NO. 2442
WHEREAS, there exists a 15-foot sanitary sewer easement located on the Thornhill
Drive right-of-way; Lots 3 & 4, Block 1 of Thornbridge South Addition; Tract 9A, Sid Richardson
Survey; and the eastern end of Timber Drive right-of-way to the City of North Richland Hills; and
WHEREAS, the easement is described in Volume 9846, Pg. 617; and
WHEREAS, the existing sanitary sewer main is no longer in use; and
WHEREAS, a sanitary sewer main has been reconstructed and the developer, as
required with the plat for Thornbridge South Addition, has dedicated additional easements; and
WHEREAS, the City and the owners agree that the said 15-foot sanitary sewer
easement should be released and the dedication of such easement vacated; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:

The dedication of that certain 15-foot sanitary sewer easement located on the Thornhill
Drive right-of-way; Lots 3 & 4, Block 1 of Thornbridge South Addition; Tract 9A, Sid Richardson
Survey; and the eastern end of Timber Drive right-of-way to the City of North Richland Hills,
Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 9846, Page 617; be and is hereby, vacated in
favor of the owners.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of January, 2000.
