AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES:AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:

described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL of land lying and being situated in the T. AKERS
SURVEY, A-19, Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being 29.8670 acres and further
described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection
of the Easterly R.O.tv. line of St. Louis ahd Southwestern Railroad and the North
R.O.W. line of Interstate Loop #820; said point also being Northwest corner of a
tract conveyed by Chester A. Haltom to State of Texas, recorded in Volume 3784,
Page 540, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 31 ° 33 minutes East,
along said Easterly R.O.W. of St. Louis and Southwestern Railroad, 861.37 feet
to a steel rod; THENCE South 89° 42 minutes 43 seconds East, with fence line,
63.32 feet to a steel rod; THENCE South 89° 53 minutes 52 seconds East, with
fence line, 1167.07 feet to a fence corner; THENCE South 0° 20 minutes 14 seconds
East, with fence line, 380.62 feet to a steel rod; THENCE South 89° 14 minutes
08 seconds East, with fence line, 702.44 feet to a fence corner; THENCE South 0°
32 minutes 55 seconds West, with fence, 333.36 feet to a monument in said North
R.O.ìv. line of Interstate Loop #820; Northeast corner State of Texas; THENCE
South 89° 48 minutes tvest, along said North R.O.W. line of Interstate Loop #820,
2382.54 feet to the place of beginning and containing 29.8670 acres of land,
more or less, surveyed by David C. Moak, Registered Public Surveyor #156 in
November 1972. This property joins Loop 820 on the North and South, West of
Rufe Snow Drive, and to the City of North Richland Hills City Limits on the West.
