ORDINANCE NO. 458 AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AHENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TE:XAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COHMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: "RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 73-7 rezoned from. "AGRICULTUREIt described as follows: the following described property BE/I~/~ to. "LOCAL-RETAILIt BEING all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the W.A. TRlliBLE SURVEY, ABSTRACT 1520, T. AKERS SURVEY, ABSTRACT 19, and R.P. BARTON SURVEY, ABSTRACT 175, Tarrant County, Texas, and further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the R.O.W. intersection of the South R.O.W. line Interstate Hwy. #820 with the Easterly R.O.W. line St. Louis & Southwestern Rail- road; THENCE 890 48 minutes East with said South R.O.W. line Interstate Hwy. #820, 2594.55 feet to a steel rod for corner; THENCE South 00 32 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 296.79 feet to a point for corner in center line T.E.S.
