ORDINANCE NO. 460
AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TE:XAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COOHSSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 73- 9 the following described property BE//'AIJi/U/
rezoned from "AGRICULTURE" to "IF-12 ONE FAHILY DWELLING"
described as follows:
BEING all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
W.A. TRTI1BLE SURVEY, Abstract 1520, and the R.P. BARTON SURVEY, Abstract 175,
Tarrant County, Texas and further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Chester A.
Haltom as recorded in Volume 4009, Page 394, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas; THENCE North 890 59 minutes 06 seconds West, a distance of 2478.43
feet to a point in Fossil Creek; THENCE with meander of Fossil Creek as
follows: NORTH 160 58 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 177.74 feet to
a point; NORTH 520 20 minutes 35 seconds East, a distance of 50.0 feet to
a point; SOUTH 890 39 minutes 25 seconds East, 160.0 feet to a point; NORTH
710 20 minutes 35 seconds East, 60.0 feet to a point; NORTH 310 20 minutes 35
seconds East, 60.0 feet to a point; NORTH 120 20 minutes 35 seconds East,
51.08 feet to a point;
THENCE South 890 59 minutes 06 seconds East, 1320.0 feet to a point, P.G. of
a curve left; THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with said curve left, radius
= 1200.0 feet, a distance of 680.68 feet to a point; THENCE North 350 01 minute
East, 800.0 feet to a point; THENCE North 720 01 minute East, 250.0 feet to a
point; THENCE South 720 03 minutes East, a distance of 154.19 feet to a point
on East line of said Barton Survey; THENCE South 00 32 minutes "ívest, with said
East line Barton Survey, a distance of 950.0 feet to South line of Barton Survey;
THENCE North 890 59 minutes 10 seconds "í'lest, vlÌth South line of Barton Survey,
a distance of 670.15 feet to a point in the Southwest corner said Barton Survey;
THENCE South 00 01 minute 07 seconds West a distance of 243.0 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 32.40 acres of land, more or less. This property joins
Loop 820 on the North and South, West of Rufe Snow Drive, and to the City of North
Richland Hills City Limits on the Hest.n
With stipulation that the houses be a minimum of 2,000 square feet.
