ORDINANCE NO. 395
AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDl1ENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179" ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13" 1967,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance NO. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by
ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established"
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECONMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
ON CASE PZ 72-4 the following described property is hereby recommended to be
approved to be rezoned from "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of
"Conunercial" described as follows: FIELD NOTES of a 4.80 acre tract of land
out of the ì'lm. Cox Survey, A-32l, North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas
and being part of a 40 acre tract as conveyed to Clarence E. Pyron as shown in
Volume 1932, Page 548, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being described
by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a steel rod in the East R.O.ìf. line
of County Road #3076 (Smithfield-Keller Road) in the North line of the Wm. Cox
Survey and the North line of said Clarence E. Pyron tract; said beginning point
being 1362.3 feet North 10 12" East of the Northwest corner of Lot 1 Block 2,
Smithfield Acres Addition as recorded in Volume 388-2, Page 132, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 890 03" East along the North line of said
"lvm. Cox Survey, 372.7 feet; THENCE South 10 23" "lvest, 562.4 feet; THENCE North
89° 03" West, 370.85 feet to a point in the East R.O.W. line of said Smithfield-
Keller Road; THENCE North 1° 12" East along said East R.O.ì'l., 562.4 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 4.80 acres of land, more or less. This property
is bounded by Smithfield Road on the West, and W.H. Long's commercial tract joins
this property on the North.

IN REGULAR SESSION THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN CASE NO. PZ 72-4 IS
HEREBY REZONED COMMERCIAL THIS 13TH DAY OF MARCH, 1972, WITH THE EMERGENCY
CLAUSE ADDED.
