AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXII CHANGES AND AMF1IDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILI.S, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING CCHaSSION AND THE CITY COUNCn.
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILtS, NOVEMBER

AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLI..CMING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COONCn. OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COOMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 73- 13 the following described property BEIlf/t /tt.
rezoned from "AGRICULTURE" to n- IF-9 ONE FAMn.y DWELLINGtI
described as follows:
BEING ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND ~ing and being situated in the
T.K. MARTIN SURVEI, A-1055, Tarrant County, Texas, also being 4.33 acre tract
as recorded in Volume 4566, Page 613, Deed Records, Tarrant COWlty, Texas and
part of a 2.0 acre tract as recorded in Volume 4566, Page 624, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas and further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BmINNING at a steel rod in the Southwest corner of said 4.33 acre tract; THENCE
North 6° 39 minutes 27 seconds West, a distance of 764.86 teet to a steel rod
for Northwest corner; said point being 879.7 feet East and 210.0 feet South 70
53 minutes East of the most Norther~ Northwest comer of a tract conveyed to
G.L. Bridges by L.B. Brown et ux, by deed recorded in Volume l221, Page 249,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 89° 36 monutes East, a distance
of 63.5 feet to a point; said point in a curve; THENCE in a Souther~ direction
with said curve to the right, radius = 194.9 feet, a distance of 230.62 feet to
the P.T. said curve; THENCE South 7° 02 minutes East, a distance of 6.35 feet to
a point; THENCE North 89° 27 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 119.84 feet
to a point; THENCE South 7° 02 minutes East, a distance of 123.51 feet to a fence
post for corner; THENCE North 84° 21 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 122.36
teet to a steel rod, an angle point; THENCE North 89° 57 minutes .30 seconds East,
a distance of 18.45 feet, a steel rod for corner; THENCE South 1° 50 minutes 05
seconds West, a distance of 479.18 feet to a steel rod for corner; said point being
in North line of G1enann Addition, 3rd. Filing; THAWCE South 89° 21 monutes 50 seconds
West, with said North line Glena.nn Addition, a distance of 368.33 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 5.76 acres of land more or less. This property is bounded on
the South by Glenann Addition 3rd Filing, and Chilton Drive will continue thru this
property and tie into Stewart Drive.
STIPULATION: Building of residence having a minimum of 1500 square feet in the
living area.
