HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0397 ORDINANCE NO. 397 AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND .Al1ENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI- NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS , PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM- MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOm1BER 13, 1967, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi- nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established". NOì'l, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHALND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: ON CASE PZ 72-6 the following described property is hereby recommended to be approved to be rezoned from "Local-Retail" to a proposed classification of "Planned ·Development". A tract of 4.035 acres of land out of the M. Lynch Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, also out of a 110.0 acre tract recorded in Volume 29, Page 441 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas. The 4.035 acre tract being at 3805 Rufe Snow Drive in North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas and being described as follows: BEGINNING 318.0 feet North and 25.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of the 110 acre tract; THENCE South 0° and 33I1linutes East, with the R.O.1rv. line of Rufe Snow Drive, 183.0 feet to a ~" iron rod at a metal fence post; THENCE North 89°, 50 minutes v'J'est, with a fence, 235.7 feet to a 1211 iron rod at a fence corner; THENCE South 0° and 55 minutes West, with a fence, 139.2 feet to a ~" iron rod; THENCE South 89° and 15 minutes '\'Jest 417.0 feet to a ~II iron rod; THENCE North 2°, 29 minutes East 326.8 feet to an IIXII cut into concrete at the base of a fence post; THENCE East 639.0 feet, with a fence, to an "XII cut in the top of a rock column which is also the place of beginning and containing 4.035 acres, more or less.
