AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HllJ.S, NOVEMBER
13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING C011MISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 73-14
rezoned from "AGRICULTURE"
described as follows:
the following described property BE//N~t/~
to IIIF-9 ONE FAMILY DWELLING"
BEING 1 acre tract out of T. K. MARTIN SURVEY, and part of a tract of land conveyed
to G.L. Bridges by L. B. Brown et ux as recorded in Volume 1221, Page 249, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas; said 1 acre tract being further described. by metes
and bounds as follows: BmINNING at a steel rod in West fence line of said tract,
543.0 feet South 010 32 mim1tes East and 378.3 feet South 10 10 minutes East of the
most Wester~ Northwest fence corner of said tract; THENCE North 890 53 minutes East,
279.70 feet; THENCE South 190 05 minutes East 154.0 feet; THENCE South 89° 53 minutes
West 327.10 feet to the West fence line of said tract; THENCE North 010 10 minutes
West along said fence line 145.5 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.0
acres of land, more or less, SAVE & EXCEPT any portion in ro~. This property is
bounded on the East by Simmons Drive and South of Amundson Road.
STIPULATION: Building of residence having a minimum of 1500 square feet in the
