Letter from Mr. Thomas, Superintendent of the Birdville Schools referring to
the Tax Gontract was re!",d asking Council to sign end send to the School Board
for their signitures. After discussion, Mr. Gr8ner mOlTed. for the Council to
enter into contrnct wi.th the !3irdìTille Independent School Board. Mr. Jolms
seconded and motion carried.
Mr. Zellers reported the,t one member who had been appointed to the Park Board
. had been transferred 9.r:d recommended Mr. W. J~ck Smith as a member of the Board. .

cussion on place to hold Court brought up the question of cra.mped Office space

Mr. Bill Simons, who lives on Colorado Bl'rd., reported two bed accidents
