HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0410 ORDINANCE NO. 410 AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONINGPROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: "RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72-18 the following described property BE/jØrJIß1. rezoned from AGRICULTURE to IF-12 ONE FAMILY DWELLING described as follows: Being a tract or parcel of Land out of the O. Rumfield Survey, Abstract #1365, situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the West line of said Rumfield Survey, same being in the East R.O.W. line of F.M.
