AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONINGPROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72-18 the following described property BE/jØrJIß1.
rezoned from AGRICULTURE to IF-12 ONE FAMILY DWELLING
described as follows:
Being a tract or parcel of Land out of the O. Rumfield Survey, Abstract
#1365, situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West line of said Rumfield Survey, same being
in the East R.O.W. line of F.M. Highway #1938, said point is North 2 degrees-
00' East 1021.7 feet, North 1 degree - 27' East 291.8 feet, North 1 degree -
13' West 386.0 feet and North 00 degrees - 50' East 1179.5 feet from the
Southwest corner of the J.B. Edens Survey;
THENCE North 00 degrees - 50' East along said Highway R.O.W. 380.0 feet
more or less to its intersection with the South line of Rumfield Road;
THENCE Easterly with said South line of Rumfield Road 80.0 feet more or less
to the beginning of a curve;
THENCE along said curve to the Left 100.0 feet more or less to the end of
said curve to the Left, and the beginning of a curve to the Right;
