AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHIAND HILLS, NOJ.E2.1:BER
13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECCJ4MENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCILQF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72- 19 the following described property BEl NOT BE
rezoned from AGRICLUTURE ,to IF-9 ONE FAMILY DWELLING
described as follows:
Being a tract or parcel of land out of the J.B. Edens Survey, Abstract No. 499
and the O. Rumfield Survey, Abstract No. 1365, situated in Tarrant County, Texas
described by metes and bounds as tollows: CQ.lJMENCING at the Southwest corner of
the J.B. Edens Survey, same being the Southeast corner of the William Cox Survey;
THENCE North 2° 00' East 1021.7 feet; THENCE North 1° 27' East 291.8 feet; THENCE
