BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICIH,AND
HILLS, TEXAS:
Section 1:
THA T the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the contract with
Innovative Landscape & Irrigation for the Spring Tree Planting Project, as the act
and deed of the City.
