ORDINANCE NO. 473
AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND AOOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCn.
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICIll.AND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT CASE PZ 73- 19 the following described property BE / n..··\ML1(
rezoned from' "AGRICULTURE" to IIIF-9 ONE FAMILY DWELLING"
described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the JOHN CONDRA
SURVEY, A-3ll, Tarrant County, Texas, and further described by metes and bounds as
follows: BEGINNING at a point for the Southwest corner of herein described tract which
is 3076.32 feet West and 340.0 feet North 0' 00 minutes 42 seconds West of the South-
east corner of said John Condra Survey; THENCE North 0 ° 00 minutes 42 seconds West, a
distance of 2826.67 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 89° 52 minutes 17 seconds
East a distance of 13S1.30 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 0° 00 minutes 04
seconds West a distance of 1065.31 feet to a point for corner; said point being the
Southwest corner of a tract of land recorded in Volume 4676, Page 399, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North 89° 51 minutes 53 seconds East, a distance of
31.3.0 feet to a point for a corner in the West line of Douglas Lane; THENCE South 0°
5S mimltes 21 seconds West with West line of Douglas Lane, a distance of 50.0 feet to
a point for corner; THENCE South 89° 51 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of 208.7
feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 0° 08 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of
417.4 feet to a point for corner; said point being the Southwest corner of a tract as
recorded in Volume 5354, Page 829, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South
89° 46 minutes 5.3 seconds West, a distance of 609.25 feet to a. point for corner;
THENCE South 0° 02 minutes 36 seconds West, a. distance of 1296.54 feet to a point for
corner; THENCE North 89° 5.3 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of S76.65 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 76.092 acres of land, more or less. This property
is West of Douglas Lane, and bounded on the South by Hightower Drive.
STIPULATION: 1600 square foot minimum on homes on the eastern boundary of above
described property.
