AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDIANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING C011MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOV»1BER
13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE F$LI..CMING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
ffRESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72-24 the following described property BE/ IfIt/if.
rezoned from 2F-9 TWO FAlULY DWELLING to NEIGHBORHOOD RETAIL
described &8 follows:
TRACT 1: AU that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land out of the R.P. BO!ON
SURVEY, A-175, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, and being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the W.A. Blessing
tracts &8 recorded in Volume 2790, Page 104, Deed Recorda, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 02° 22ft East, for a distance of 241.85 feet to a point in the North
right-of-way line of Pipeline Road (Glenview Drive), for corner; THENCE with the
North line of said Pipeline Road (G1enview Drive), North 8<}0 26- West, for a
distance of 42.7 feet to. a point, and. the beginning of a curve to the right, having
a radius of 676.2 feet; THENCE in a NorthWesterly direction, with the arc of said
curve to the right, for a distance of 233.3 feet to a point for coraer; THENCE
North, for a distance of 220.5 feet to a point, for corner; THENCE South 86° 07"
East, for a distance of 249.12 feet to the place of beginning, and containing
1.394 acres of land, more or less.
TRACT 2: AU that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land out ot the R.P. BARTON
SURVEY, A-175, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, and being more particularly described by
m.... and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the W.A. Blessing
tract as recorded in Volume 2790, Page 104, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 870 35" East, for a distance of 179.06 teet to a point for corner;
THENCE South, for a distance of 262.3 feet to 'a point in the North right-of-way
of Pipeline Road (Glenview Drive) for corner; THENCE with the said line of Pipe-
line Road, North 8<}0 2611 West, for a distance ot 168.45 feet to a point for corner,
said point also being the Southeast corner of aforesaid Blessing tract; THENCE
North 020 22" West, for a distance of 253.3 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 1.028 acres of land, more or less. This property is bounded on the
South by Glenview Drive, and on the North by "Proposed Diamond !Qch East Sub-
division."
