AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILI..S, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILI..S, NOVEMBER.

AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOu.oWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUærrTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON C~ PZ 72-27 the tollowing described propert,. BE~Ø'1I'i$
rezoned from AGRICULTURE to LOCAL-RETAIL

described as follows:
"FIELD NOTES of 6.5281 acre tract of land out of the S. Richardson Survey, Tarrant
County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an
iron pin in the East line of State Highway F .M. #1938; said pin being the North-
west corner of a tract of land as shown in Volume 3874, Page 462, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE East with the North line of said tract, 666.2 feet,
an iron pin, the Northwest corner of said tract; THENCE North, with fence line,
547.95 feet to an iron pin; THENCE South 84° 2Qt West, 380.0 feet an iron pin;
THENCE South 85° 48' West, 286.0 feet an iron pin in the East line of said High-
way; THENCE South 0° 25 t West with said East line, 25.0 feet an iron pin, the
Northwest corner of a tract of land as shown in Volume 3907 Page 501, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 89° 35' East with the North line of said trapt,
262.0 feet, an iron pin tÀe Northeast corner of said tract; THENCE South 25° 55
minutes West with the East line of said tract, 341.43 feet, an,iron pin the South-
east corner of said tract; THENCE South 66° 15' West with the South line of said
tract, 126.65 feet, an iron pin in the East line of said Highway; the Southwest
corner of said tract; THENCE South 0° 25' West, with said East line 100.5 feet
to the place of beginning. SAVE and EXCEPT any part or portion of subject property
in the use or occupancy of any public or private road or roadway. This property
is bounded on the West by Davis Blvd., and is North of Rumf'ield. Road."
