AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILI.S, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PI..ANNING
AND ZONING CCMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTIVE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOI.I.œING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUEf.iITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILI.S BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72-29 the following described property BE/.rJt1/~
resoned from_ LOCAL-RETAil, & IF-7 to CONMERCIAL
described as follows:
FIELD NOTES FOR:
Being three tracts of land out of a 110 acre tract sold by William Hudson and
wife, to B.F. Andrews, by deed dated December 29, 1866, recorded in Book 29,
Page 441, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and. being out of the NAHALA
LYNCH SURVEY, Patent 564, Volume 12, Abstract No. 953 in Tarrant County, Texas,
being described as follows:
FIRST TRACT
BEXHNNING at an iron pin situated in the East R.O.W. line of Rufe Snow Drive
and 385 feet North and 24.8 feet \iest of the Southeast corner of said 110
acre tract. THENCE \'Jest 639.2 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 67.0
feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE East 639.2 feet to an iron pin in the
West R.O.\'l. line of Rufe SnOW' Drive;THENCE North 67.0 feet along said R.O.W.
line to place of BEGINNING.
SECOND TRACT
BEGINNING at an iron pin situated in the East R.O.vl. line of Rufe Snow Drive and
385 feet North and 24.8 feet West of the Southeast corner of said 110 acre tract.
THENCE vlest 639.2 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 67.0 feet to an iron
pin for corner; THENCE East 639.2 feet to an iron pin in the West R.O.W. line of
Rufe Snow Drive; THENCE South along said R.O.W. line 67.0 feet to place of BEGINNING.
THmD TRACT
BEGINNING at a· pipe in the South line of Harmonson Road 557.0 feet North and 664.0
feet \'lest of the S.E. corner of a 110.0 acre tract of la.nd as shown in Vol. 29,
Page 441, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, said pipe being 26.0 feet South
of the N. W. corner of a tract of land deeded to Jack Eaton as shown in Vol. l42.7,
Page 177, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas. THENCE South with the West line
of said Eaton tract 105.0 feet; THENCE East 75.0 feet a pipe; THENCE North 105.0
feet a pipe in the South line of said road; THENCE West with said line 75.0 feet
to the place of beginning. This property is South of Harmonson Road, and is
bounded on the East by Rule Snow Drive."
