AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
lilTH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AHENDNENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING CONMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCil,
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVÐŒER
13, 1967, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOl'lING RECOMNENDATIOlJ IS
SUElHTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILlS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING Cæ'fiHSSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72- 31 the following described property. BElrtJi /'tt
rezoned from Agriculture to. IF-9 One Family Dwelling
described as follows:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land described as follows:
A tract of land out of the T.K. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1055, Tarrant County,
Texas, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING 721.2 feet North and
323.7 feet West from the most Northerly Northwest corner of Tract A, Block 2,
Sunn)"brook Addition, according to plat of same as recorded in Volume 388-Thirty-
six., page 84, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; said point being also in the
West line of said Martin Survey; THENCE North along said West line of Martin
Survey 786.0 feet to a steel rod in the Southerly R.O.W. line of Amundson Road;
THENCE North 55° 00' East along said Southerly R.O.W. line of Amundson Road 390.4
feet to a steel rod; THENCE South 89° 50' East 870.6 feet to a steel rod; THENCE
South 0° 15' West 1007.4 feet to a steel rod; THENCE West 1185.65 feet to a place
of beginning; SAVE AND EXCEPT any part or portion thereof in the use or occupancy
of any public road or highway. This property is bounded on the North by Amundson
Road, and is :East of Main Street in Smithfield.
STIPULATION:
Homes will be a minimum of 1600 square feet

with the emergency clause added, and stipulation tha~ homes will be a minimum of
