AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOl'lING RECOMNENDATIOlJ IS SUElHTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILlS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING Cæ'fiHSSION: "RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72- 31 the following described property. BElrtJi /'tt rezoned from Agriculture to. IF-9 One Family Dwelling described as follows: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land described as follows: A tract of land out of the T.K.
