ORDINANCE NO. 427
AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLI..CMING RECœMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PIANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72-)0 the following described property BEl NOT BE
rezoned from AGRICULTURE to IF-9 ONE FAMILY DWELLING
described as follows:
Being a tract or parcel of land Gut of the J. B. Edens Survey, Abstract No. 499,
situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner ot the J. B. Edens Survey, same being the South-
east corner of the William Cox Survey; THENCE North 02° 00' East 1021.7 teet;
THENCE Easterly 290.0 feet more or less; THENCE Northerly 710.0 teet more or less;
THENCE Easterly 145.0 feet more or less to the oenterline of a proposed street;
THENCE Northerly with the centerline of said proposed street 65.0 feet more or
less; THENCE Easterly 525.0 feet more or less; THENCE South 89° 35' East 35.0
feet more or less; THENCE South 00° 03' West 487.15 feet to the centerline of
Ballard Drive; THENCE Westerly with the centerline of said HA.ll.rd Drive, along
a curve to the left, 55.35 feet; THENCE North 82° 35' West with the centerline
of said Ballard Drive, 395.0 feet; THENCE South 00° 03' West 25.45 feet to the
Southerly R.O.W. of Ballard Drive; THENCE South 00° 25' West 507.2 feet; THENCE
South 89° 35' East 600.0 feet; THENCE South 00° 25f West 737.4 feet; THENCE
North 89° 44' West 1263.7 feet to the point of Beginning and containing approximately
35.6 acres of land. This property is located East of Davis Blvd., and South of
Rurnfield Drive.
