HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0476 ~ · · · ........ - ..~ ORDINANCE NO. 476 AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDHENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HIU.S, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 1.3, 1967 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HIU.S BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: I1RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 7.3-23 the following described property BE/~· ~ rezoned from AGRICULTURE to IF-9 ONE FAMILY DWELLING described as "follows: ALL that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the STEPHEN RICHARDSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT 1266, Tarrant County, Texas, and further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point for the most Southerly Southwest corner of this tract, said point being 4012.7 feet West and 505.18 feet North from the most Easterly Southeast corner of said Richardson Survey; THENCE North 603.82 feet to a point for corner; THENCE West 200.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 925.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 86 degrees 29 minutes East 744.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 0 degrees 28 minutes West 1574.5 feet to a point for corner; THENCE West 529.71 feet to the place of beginning and containing 23.44 acres of land, more or less.
