ORDINANCE NO. 477

AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
NOVEMBER 13, 1967.
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT CASE PZ 73-26 the following described property BE rezoned from
AGRICULTURE to LOCAL RETAIL described as follows:
BEING 7.537 acres of land out of the S. RICHARDSON SURVEY in Tarrant County,
Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the East line of State Highway F.M. #1938 a distance
of 20.94 vrs. East and 1361.5 feet South of the 6th Corner of the S. RICHARDSON
SURVEY.

THENCE North 0 degrees 25 minutes East 385.0 feet;
THENCE North 0 degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds East 158.43 feet and iron pin
THE PLACE OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND TO BE DESCRIBED.
THENCE North 0 degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds East with said East line of said
Highway 498.87 feet an iron pin;
THENCE North 89 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds East 654.7 feet an iron pin in
the East line of a tract deeded to Sidney Eggleston as shown in Volume 3704,
Page 123, Deed Records of Tarrant County;
THENCE South 0 degrees 21 minutes 18 seconds East with the East line of said
tract and fence line 498.87 feet an iron pin;
THENCE South 89 degrees 57 minutes 33 seconds West 661.56 feet to the place of
beginning.
