PLANNING AND ZONING CG1MISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72- 36 the following described property BE/NOT BE
rezoned from AGRICULTURE . to IF -12 ONE FAMILY DWELLING
described as follows:
FIELD NOTES of a 32.123 acre tract of land out of Stephen Richardson Survey, A-1266,
Tarzant County, Texas and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a point
in the North R.O.W. line of Rumtield Road; said point being 16.0 feet North and
375.0 feet East of the Southwest corner of a 40.0 acre tract conveyed to T.O. Œohnson
as recorded Volume 1797, Page 315, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE
NORTH 0° 08 minutes East, 348.5 feet to a steel rod; THENCE NORTH 89° 51 minutes
West, 375.07 feet to a steel rod in West line of said 40.0 acre tract; THENCE NORTH
0° 01 minutes East, 1709.31 feet with a fence line, to a steel rod; said point
being Northwest corner 40.0 acre tract; THENCE SOUTH 84° 35 minutes East with
fence line and West line 40.0 acre tract, 848.39 feet to a steel rod for its North-
east corner; THENCE SOUTH along East line of said 40.0 acre tract with fence,
1323.65 feet to a steel rod; THENCE SOUTH 89° 32 minutes West, 12.0 feet to a
steel rod; THENCE SOUTH along West R.O.W. line of Kirk Road; 150.0 feet to a
steel rod; THENCE SOUTH 89° 32 minutes West, 332.8 feet to a steel rod; THENCE
SOUTH 0° 08 minutes West, 502.4 feet to a steel rod in said North R.O.W. line
of Rumfield Road; THENCE NORTH 89° 52 minutes West along said North R.O.W. line
Rumfield Road, 125.0 feet to place of beginning and containing 32.123 acres of
land more or less. This property is North of Rumfield Road, and West of Kirk
Lane."
With stipulation that 30% of the houses be a minimum 1,600 square feet.
