AN OP~INANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDA1~CE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION I OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED A1'D ADOPTED BY TIlE PLANNING
AND ZONING CO~il1ISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEHBER 13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING REC01-.1NENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAlID HILLS BY
THE PLÞ.NNING AND ZONING COMHISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 73-31 the fol101-lÍng described property BE/~~
rezoned from AGRICULTURE TO RESIDENTIAL IF-12____ __
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
T. K. ÞUŒTIN SURVEY, A-1055, Tarrant County, Texas and being further des-
cribed by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod at the Soutluvest corner of a 2.0 acre tract of
land deeded to H. L. Hinton by G. L. Bridges, et ux, said deed being
recorded in Volume 3039, Page 430, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 13 degrees 58 minutes 15 seconds West, with fence line,
290.68 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South 84 ,degrees 21 minutes 55 seconds West, 122.36 feet to a steel
rod for corner, same being the Southeast corner of a 2.0 acre tract deeded
to W. C. Simmons by G. L. Bridges, et ux, said deed being recorded in
Volume 3292, Page 244~ Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 7 degrees 02 minutes West, along said line of SiITmons tract,
293.5 feet to it's Northeast corner, being in South line of a 2.0 a.cre
tract deeded to G. E. Rhodes by G. L. Bridges, et ux, said deed being
recorded in Volume 3036, Page 64, Deed Records, Tarrant County~ Texas;
THENCE North 89 degrees 17 minutes 45 seconds East, along South line of
Rhodes tract, passing it's Southeast corner at 197.71 feet and continuing
across the South end of a 30 ft. lane, a total distance of 227.91 feet to
the place of beginning and containing 1.1477 acres of land, more or less,
as surveyed by David C. Moak, Registered Public Surveyor #156, in April 1973.
