Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 0485 . . e ~ ORDINANCE NO. 485 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING, ADOPTING, AND CLOSING THE ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS FOR THE YEAR OF 1973 WHEREAS, the Board of Equalization has delivered to the City Council its "Certification to the City Council of Approval by the Board of Equalization of Assessment Rolls for 1973" and therein certified that assessments on all property subject to taxation within the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, which has come to its attention has noW been approved by said Board, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, that the assessment rolls as certified by the Board of Equalization of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, on July 3 1973, be, and they are hereby approved and adopted as the assessment rolls to be used for the collection of taxes for the year 1973, provided however that the following described property is hereby omitted from the 1973 tax rolls, at this time, pending the outcome of litigation in case No. 96-19840-73, 96th District Court of Tarrant County, Texas, styled W. A. McElroy, et a1 vs. City of North Richland Hills et aI, although its value has been certified to the Council by the Board of Equalization, it being contemplated that such property will be picked up on the rolls at a later date provided the outcome of such case is favorable.
