ORDINANCE NO. 490
·
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of North Richland
Hills, Texas, that the sale of alcoholic beverages by any dealer is prohibited
where the place of business of such dealer is within three hundred (300) feet
of any church, public school or public hospital, the measurements to be along
the property lines of the street fronts and from front door to front door and
in direct line across intersections where they occur.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that any person, firm or corporation which
shall violate any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and on conviction may be punished by fine up to Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars,
and each day such a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.
